What we offer!

Our Heritage-Listed centre currently consists of the WE Stanbridge Hall - a T-shaped area complete with stage and able to accommodate 80 people comfortably.

The hall is equipped with both 6-8 seat trestle tables and 4 seat cafe tables along with foldable chairs.

Reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the hall cool or warm as needed and ceiling fans are also fitted.

A remote controlled screen can be used along with the overhead video projector.  An audio system is in place and you can connect your computer using a HDMI lead.

Our preparation kitchen includes a 90cm gas/electric cooker, fridge, glass washer, microwave, sinks and bench space along with a pie warmer, hot water urns and cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Male/Female and Access toilets are available along with an ante-room ideal for jackets/coats etc.


Deposit

We require a $50 deposit to hold all bookings which is fully refundable if cancelled with 15+ days notice.  The deposit will be subtracted from your final invoice.

Bond

A bond of $250 is required for all bookings and will be returned in full after the event providing the hall is left in the condition in which it was hired.  Should the hall need cleaning, this fee will be deducted from the bond at the current commercial cleaning rate.
Any breakages or damage must be paid for.

Parties

We do not accept bookings for birthday parties under 25 years (except for day time Children's parties).
